Eligibility

Must be 16 years of age or younger throughout 2026.
Born on or after January 1, 2010.
Must not reach their 17th birthday during the 2026 calendar year.

Criteria(any one of these 3)

Born in the USA.
OR be a USA citizen and hold a USA passport.
OR have resided in the USA for a minimum of three years, with proof of school enrollment for three years.
