Asif Mujtaba

Advisor and Coach

Asif Mujtaba is a former Pakistani international cricketer and an experienced coach with a long-standing impact on cricket both on and off the field. Born in Karachi, he represented Pakistan between 1986 and 1997, playing 25 Test matches and 66 One Day Internationals as a left-handed middle-order batsman and occasional slow left-arm bowler. He is remembered for several clutch performances, including an unbeaten ODI century and a famous last-ball six to tie a match against Australia.

After retiring from international cricket, Mujtaba transitioned into coaching and development roles, eventually relocating to the United States. He has been deeply involved in grassroots and national-level cricket development, particularly in youth and women’s programs. His coaching roles include serving as head coach of the USA Women’s Under-19 team and assistant coach of the USA Women’s national team. He also led the USA Men’s Under-19 team as head coach during their 2024 ICC World Cup tour in South Africa, further cementing his reputation as a key figure in developing elite young talent in U.S. cricket.

Callum Jackson

Advisor and Coach

Callum Jackson is an experienced professional cricketer, elite coach, and performance entrepreneur with a strong background in high-performance competition and player development. Born in Eastbourne, Sussex, Callum is a right-handed wicket-keeper batsman who progressed through the Sussex pathway system and into the professional game.

As a player, he made his first-class debut for Sussex County Cricket Club in 2013 against a touring Australian side and competed across first-class, List A, and T20 formats. He also represented England at Under-19 level, touring South Africa and gaining valuable exposure to international youth cricket and elite performance environments. Callum later joined Kent County Cricket Club, where he continued to perform in competitive county setups, further deepening his understanding of professional cricket standards and demands.

Transitioning into coaching, Callum is a Level 2 certified coach known for his modern, detail-driven approach and ability to translate elite playing experience into impactful development programs. His firsthand experience as a contracted professional and international representative gives him a clear understanding of what is required to earn franchise contracts and national selection.

 

Callum is also the Founder and Owner of NET (New Era Training), England’s premier high-performance cricket training facility. NET supports some of the most recognized international and professional cricketers in England and beyond, providing an elite environment focused on technical excellence, game intelligence, and long-term athlete development.

 

Through his combined experience as a player, coach, and performance leader, Callum remains deeply committed to developing the next generation of cricketers and contributing to a strong, sustainable international cricketing ecosystem.

Anand Tummala

Advisor and Coach

Anand is a former all-rounder and experienced cricket coach who debuted for the USA national team in 2011, contributing strongly in T20s and the historic K.A. Auty Trophy match against Canada. He previously played first-class cricket for Delhi in India and league cricket in the UK.

 

Anand holds an MBA from the University of Wales, Newport, along with ECB Level I and II coaching certifications, and has coached and played in the South Wales Premier League. He has worked with Bishan Singh Bedi and served as head coach of the USA Women’s team and assistant coach of the USA Men’s team during their 2016 WCL Division 4 championship win.

 

Currently based in Texas, he runs the Tracers Cricket Institute, manages the Metroplex Tracers in MiLC, and owns the Gunter Sports Center, focusing on youth development and elite cricket training.

Jon Kanda

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Jon Kanda is a former college football tight end who played at Marist College, earning Honorable Mention All-Pioneer Football League recognition. Originally from Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, he moved to the United States in 2011 and developed into a reliable contributor during his collegiate career.

Following football, Kanda transitioned into strength and conditioning coaching and now works with top athletes in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, focusing on performance development, athleticism, and overall physical preparedness.

Parth Patel

Team Manager

Parth Patel is an American cricket all-rounder born in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a right-handed batsman and right-arm off-break bowler who has represented the United States Under-19 national team, including at the 2024 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup.

​

Patel currently attends Georgia Tech University and plays Minor League Cricket (MiLC) for the Atlanta Fire, who were crowned national champions.
