The Problem We Are Solving

The current U.S. youth cricket ecosystem, while well-intentioned, faces structural limitations that restrict elite player development. Fragmented hub-based governance prevents top players from consistently competing

against each other. Over-reliance on artificial surfaces limits preparation for international conditions. National tournaments suffer from diluted quality due to inconsistent talent pools, variable facilities, and uneven standards. Constantly changing rosters prevent chemistry, role clarity, and tactical growth.

Pay-to-play models dominate with limited sponsor participation, making sustainability unrealistic. Pathways from youth cricket to Minor League, Major League, or international systems remain poorly defined. Proven domestic

models such as County or Ranji systems have not been replicated in the United States, leaving youth cricket largely parent-run and constrained in governance and development. Access to qualified coaches and natural turf facilities is limited.

The Solution: A Franchise All-Star Model

BOND Elite XI operates as a professionally governed, role-based, touring franchise, initially partially subsidized and sponsored by BOND Management Partners LLC.

The program is built on merit-based selection, longitudinal team continuity, international touring as a core development pillar, and professional standards in coaching, conduct, preparation, and accountability. The initiative is designed to supplement—not replace—domestic cricket while offering elite players a differentiated, resume-defining experience unavailable within current U.S. structures.

Beginning in 2027 and expanding further in 2028, a key objective of the program will be to increase tour subsidies through aligned commercial sponsorships and strategic partners. The long-term intent is to progressively reduce the financial burden on participating families while improving tour quality, support

infrastructure, and overall sustainability.

Through pre-existing relationships within the international cricket ecosystem, BOND Elite XI has been invited to participate in established overseas youth tournaments, including events such as the World Junior League (WJL), Global Academics Cup (GAC), APEX, Root Academy Events, and the Taunton Festival, among others. Participation in these events will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with priority given to longer-format cricket that best supports technical

development, tactical awareness, and player growth. Shorter formats, including T20, may be considered selectively where they align with the program’s developmental objectives and competitive standards.
