Touring Platform with BOND XI

The inaugural year in 2026 will include one 10-day international tour to Dubai (December 16–31; exact dates TBD). In addition, the organization will give consideration to participation in the Global Academics Cup (GAC) in April 2026 in Dubai and will determine, at its discretion, whether this event aligns with the developmental objectives, format priorities, and overall needs of the program.

In 2027, the program will expand to two tours: England and the Asian subcontinent. By 2028, the team will participate in three annual tours, including England, Dubai or the Asian subcontinent, and South Africa or

Australia.

Age Eligibility

For the 2026 calendar year, eligibility is restricted to players who are 15 years old or turning 16 no earlier than September 1, 2026. This establishes a birthdate cutoff of September 1, 2010, or later. Age eligibility will be verified as part of the invitation and contract process. No exceptions will be granted outside of these parameters.

Selection & Invitation Model

The 2026 launch year will be strictly invite-only. Invitations are earned, not guaranteed, and do not ensure final selection or continued participation.

All invited players must complete a formal interview process and demonstrate alignment with team standards, values, and expectations. Acceptance of an invitation constitutes agreement with all eligibility, conduct, scheduling, and financial obligations outlined in this charter and the applicable tour contract.

Player behavior, conduct, and professionalism will be continuously evaluated leading up to each tour. Contracts may be terminated at any time due to poor character, lack of commitment, or failure to meet established

standards.

Commitment Expectations

Participation in BOND Elite XI requires a serious and binding commitment consistent with a high-performance touring environment.

Once a player accepts an invitation and executes a tour contract, withdrawal or cancellation will only be considered under medical or immediate family emergency circumstances. Players may not commit to or participate in any other sporting engagements, tournaments, camps, or competing obligations that overlap with the touring period.

Failure to honor these commitments may result in contract termination and exclusion from future consideration

within the program.

Player Standards & Requirements

Selection is driven by attitude, commitment, and professionalism—not reputation alone.

Players must demonstrate clear national or professional aspirations, meaningful dedication to the game of cricket, and the ability to operate within a team-first environment. High standards of fitness and conditioning are

expected at all times.

Fielding excellence is non-negotiable. Average fielders will not be considered under any circumstances. A demonstrated history of reliability, accountability, and follow-through is required.

Team Composition & Roles

The squad will be constructed using a deliberate role-based model emphasizing balance and clarity. Specialist batters and specialist bowlers will primarily focus on their defined roles, supported by a limited number of genuine all-rounders.

Players are selected to perform within clearly defined responsibilities, mirroring professional team environments

and expectations.

Coaching & Leadership

Each tour will be led by a professional head coach sourced from either the United States or England. The coach must be fluent in English, possess international playing and/or coaching experience, and hold a minimum ECB

Level 2 certification.

The head coach is empowered to establish standards, manage roles, and enforce accountability throughout the touring experience.
